Our MOQ starts at just 50 pieces for most products. For complex custom designs requiring new molds, MOQ may be 100-200 pieces. We're one of the few factories willing to accept small-batch orders.

Standard production: 7-10 business days after artwork approval. Rush service: 3-5 business days (additional 30% fee). Shipping time varies by destination — typically 3-7 days by DHL/FedEx express.

Yes. Sample cost is typically 3x unit price, refundable upon bulk order of 500+ pcs. Sample lead time: 5-7 days. You can also order samples of existing catalog items at MOQ pricing.

We accept T/T (bank wire), PayPal (for samples/small orders), Western Union, and L/C for large orders. New clients: 50% deposit + 50% before shipping. Established clients: 30/70 terms available.

Yes, we ship to 30+ countries. We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service to US/EU/UK/CA/AU — we handle all customs and duties, you receive the package hassle-free. Standard shipping: EXW or FOB.

Absolutely! Our in-house design team provides free mockups and unlimited revisions. Just send us a sketch, reference image, or even just an idea — we'll turn it into production-ready artwork.

Three-stage QC: (1) Pre-production sample approval, (2) In-line inspection during production, (3) Final AQL 2.5 inspection before packing. We share photos/videos of finished goods before shipment.
